Frontage Laboratories, Inc., is a global Contract Research Organization (CRO) which provides integrated drug safety and toxicology programs at three GLP-compliant laboratories in North America. Services range from early-stage / preliminary exploratory studies to stand-alone general toxicology to fully integrated multiproject programs with Program Management oversight. We conduct general toxicology, safety pharmacology, genetic toxicology, Developmental and Reproductive Toxicology (‘DART’), carcinogenicity (conventional and transgenic) plus niche capabilities in ocular / ophthalmic studies, juvenile toxicology, and neurotoxicity / developmental neurotox studies. These capabilities are complemented by support services including related DMPK studies, in-house analytical and bioanalytical, pharmacokinetics, and in-house SEND dataset preparation.
