Raise Cash for Research!

Great education and good outcomes rely on solid research, which is why ASERF, the scientific research arm of The Aesthetic Society, a non-profit organization, is launching a new program where exhibitors can support The Foundation while increasing visibility and booth traffic.


Thanks to their ingenuity, Raise Cash for Research was successfully executed by Enaltus as well as SENTÉ at previous Aesthetic Meetings raising thousands of dollars for research. This year, ASERF encourages all exhibitors to support Raise Cash for Research by participating in the program.


Requirements for interested exhibitors:

 

  • Commit to making a $100 donation for each medical health professional attendee badge scanned at your booth
  • Determine your donation ceiling (minimum donation/participation is $1,000)
  • Complete the required forms including renting the badge scanner device or the software for your own scanner from Exposoft. See here for more details.


To increase attendee participation and booth traffic ASERF is providing the following recognition to participating exhibitors:

 

  • Announcement from ASERF President, Louis L. Strock, MD. Friday morning, April 22, in The Aesthetic Arena
  • eblasts sent to pre-registered Aesthetic Meeting 2022 attendees
  • Mention in Aesthetic Society News (pending deadline for the Spring issue) and a follow-up announcement with results in the Summer issue
  • Listed in The Aesthetic Meeting 2022 Program and ASERF Silent Auction brochure (handed out onsite to all attendees)
  • Listed on The Aesthetic Meeting 2022 meeting app
  • Push notification on the meeting app
  • A floor-minder placed outside exhibitor’s booth
  • Ribbon for booth staff badges
