Saturday, April 22 8:15 AM – 4:45 PM
Sunday, April 23 8:15 AM – 2:30 PM
These hours are subject to change. The primary exhibit contact person will be notified via email should this occur.
Important Deadlines
Immediately
- Complete Contract form and return with deposit (or full payment to earn additional priority points)
October 21, 2022
- Second booth payment of 25% due, if you did not already pay in full. If paid online via credit card, your payment will automatically be processed.
December 15, 2022
- Last day to submit Industry Abstract submission form
January 31, 2023
- Island Booth Floorplan Approval
- Booth cancellation deadline - 25% administrative fee of the total booth cost for ALL cancellations
February 17, 2023
- Final payment due. $200 USD late fee for each booth not paid in full by this date
March 1, 2023
March 15, 2023
- Booth description, product categories and services information regarding show specials and/or giveaways due
March 19, 2023
- Last dat to take advantage of advance order discount rates for Lead Retrieval
March 21, 2023
- Advance warehouse begins to accept freight.
March 23, 2023

- Exhibitor Badge Registration deadline
April 13, 2023
- Last day for freight to the advance warehouse
April 20, 2023
- Shipments direct to show site accepted - additional fee
