Evergreen Herbs & Roots Organic is a family run farm in the heart of Surrey B.C. It started as a traditional farm, growing onions, carrots and lettuce.
In 1996, the two Brar brothers, Ron and TJ, set out to diversify the farm. Their idea to focus on fresh herbs, vegetables and specialty items was unique to the market and a venture that would be very successful for their business.
Their fresh ideas and innovative approach to the business saw Evergreen Herbs & Roots Organic transform into the leading provider of fresh herbs, vegetables and specialty produce in the Canadian produce industry.
What started as a team of two has grown to 180, all of them committed and believe in the value of building partnerships and growing relationships to ensure that we provide best quality and service to our customers.
With 2 distribution Centres, one located in Surrey BC and one in Cambridge ON, they service the Retail and Food Sevice Industry across Canada. In BC they operate their own 340 acres farm land with 180 Coldframe Greenhouse which ensures a longer local season. They offer both Organic and Conventional items as well as a full line of processed items.
