The Retail Program focuses on sharing best practices of watermelon marketing, merchandising, and handling, to help retailers move more watermelon through year-round promotion. The Foodservice Program focuses on increasing watermelon menu usage, offering educational and inspirational ideation sessions and menu promotions, among other tools and resources.
