Avery Family Farms grows lettuce closer to the consumer so it reaches them at the height of freshness. Our 50,000 sq ft purpose-built facility uses Japanese-inspired, precision growing methods to produce 10,000 – 12,000 heads of the freshest, delicious lettuce daily—365 days a year—in a controlled, vertical environment that uses just 1% of the land required by conventional farming.
Our lettuce varietals have a 42 – 46 day growing cycle from germination to boxing.
Our team employees store, pack, and ship bagged products on site for optimal freshness and quality control.
