The Florida Buy State Cooperative Purchasing program was created to assist school districts and other eligible users (cities, counties, municipalities, churches, and other non-profit entities) with a safe, efficient, and legally compliant purchasing solution. We are Florida's only true educational purchasing cooperative with legislative authority and have a national connection with the Association of Educational Purchasing Agencies (AEPA) to leverage the purchasing power of more than half the nation.
