Throughout the 1980s, the company diversified through a series of strategic acquisitions to meet business’s growing needs for human-centered, back-office services.
FirstPoint was officially formed in 2001, unifying our divisions of Debt Collection, Call Center Services, Background Screening, and Association Management.
