IUOE/PLCA Training Program
Sharing the goals of safety, efficiency, and high standards in the pipeline construction industry, the PLCA (Pipeline Contractors Assocaition) and the IUOE (International Union of Operating Engineers) have joined forces to create the National Pipeline Training Program, and to work tirelessly to assure the public of the skill, integrity, and responsiblity of it's members.
