Brad currently leads the team that develops the retail strategy and product development for new park expansion projects. In addition, he leads the global merchandise strategy for the Star Wars and Marvel franchises. His career spans over 20 years in various merchandise development and leadership roles, and he began his career as part of the Walt Disney College Program. Most recently, Brad and his team have led the product strategy for new retail experiences, such as Pandora-the World of Avatar, Star Wars Galaxy’s Edge and the upcoming Avenger’s Campus.
