Former Corporate Director of Culinary Operations SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment


Siobhan is a long time veteran in the food and beverage industry, having started her career over 20 years ago in stadium vending operations at SeaWorld Orlando. During her time at the park, she held various positions each with increasing responsibility in the areas of restaurants, carts & kiosks, training and development and various other support functions. Her positions included the corporate role of Business Analytics and most recently, the Corporate Sr. Director of Food & Beverage at SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment where she led several key initiatives, including partnering with interactive marketing on various technology integrations. Siobhan has also served as a member of the IAAPA Food & Beverage Committee.
