We are now living in a digital world but despite having access to products at their fingertips, Millennial and Gen Z consumers still crave in-person experiences. In fact, according to a recent study, entertainment square footage grew by 44.7% in US malls between Q1 2010 and Q1 2019. Engage in a lively discussion with a panel of seasoned and visionary “retailtainment” professionals and learn how to bring attractions, entertainment, retail, and food and beverage together to create immersive “retailtainment” districts.  These multi-faceted experiences will retain consumers within the shopping district and keep them spending.
