Standard Waterpark Tubes: All Zebec waterpark tubes are 30 GA and have double inner gussets which distribute seam stress more efficiently than other tubes without this feature. Some tubes on the market have only a single inside seam. These are very easy to manufacture and are much cheaper to produce. However, single inside seams have a tendency to fail quickly and are very uncomfortable to the rider. The rider's back side rubs against this protruding seam. We use only Double Inner Gussets on all tubes.

Single Tubes are available in 36", 42", 48" & 54" sizes and come in a variety of colors. All sizes measured when deflated.

Double Tubes are available in 42" & 48" sizes and come in a variety of colors. All sizes measured when deflated.

Tubes with Bottoms are available in both single and double models. Single Family tubes have a solid floor and Double Family tubes have a solid floor in the front hole only.

Each tube has Heavy-duty handles, a recessed safety valve and an individual repair kit. Custom printing and custom print designs are available on all tubes.

All Zebec waterpark tubes have double outside seams with a smooth beaded finish. The outside seams are heat sealed and a bead is formed along the entire length of the seam to create a smooth finish. This extra bead helps prevent abrasion wear and prolongs the life of the tube.

Colors: All waterpark tubes are available in clear and solid colors. Clear and solid materials have the same characteristics but with the added safety of being clear. An attractive 3-color print design is also available in our NT model. 

Heavy-Duty Tubes: Zebec Heavy Duty Tubes are completely made in our own USA facility. Tubes are constructed with extra heavy gauge material with UV inhibitors, ressess inflation valve and Heat Welded Seams. All seams are sealed with hot air welding to ensure a positive seam seal every time. 

Heavy-Duty single and double tubes are available in 42" & 48" sizes and come in a variety of colors. All sizes measured when deflated. Custom sizes and logo printing available.

Speed Tubes are available in 2 person and 3 person sizes. The ST-1a & ST-2a adds a solid floor to the standard speed tubes. Speed tubes have an attractive, 1-color print design, "front arrow" and a Safety Warning Statement.

Clover Tubes are available in both standard material and heavy-duty material. The heavy-duty material clovers are available in 3 & 4 person models. The standard clovers are 40 GA material and are manufactured with hot air welded overlapped seams. 

The composition and quality of the fabric used to make a tube greatly influences the tube's abrasion resistance and seam bonding strength. Some companies use cheap material to save manufacturing costs. We have experimented with lower grade fabric and have found that the cheaper material just doesn't last very long. We pay top dollar for our fabric to provide the most durable tube on the market.

Heavy-Duty Bumper Boat Tubes: Made in USA with extra heavy-duty materials to give you a long service life. Bumper Boat Tubes are available in sizes to fit ALL types of bumper boats. However, if you require a special size or configuration we will manufacture it for you.

Colors:  Bumper Boat Tubes are available in a wide variety of colors. You can choose a single color or mix and match any color combination.

Low-Profile Valves: Tubes have large volume, low profile inflation valves. Valves are very resilient and easy to replace if needed.

Protective Wear Strip: Bumper Boat Tubes include a wide wear strip which completely encircles the tube to protect sides from rough surfaces.

Quality Construction: Zebec Bumper Boat Tubes are completely made in our own USA facility. Tubes are constructed with welded seams (not glued) and then each seam is reinforced with extra seam tape. This construction provides a positive seam seal every time.

Incredibly Strong Fabric: All Zebec Bumper Boat Tubes are made with heavy-duty, reinforced fabric that is incredibly strong and durable. This super tough fabric has high abrasion, tear and chemical resistance properties to provide a rugged, dependable tube that you can count on.

Our Patented Bumper Collars are Made in USA and provide a safer, more reliable solution. This unique and revolutionary Patented Floatation Collar is comprised of a robust outer main air chamber with self-contained independent foam filled internal chambers around the entire perimeter.

This system provides exceptional buoyancy and stability in the event of rapid air loss. Additionally, this design significantly reduces daily maintenance requirements along with providing a better, safer and more reliable system. Available in 4 - 12 passenger crafts and built to your specifications.

Heavy Wear Protection: Standard Collars include 17 individual heavy wear strips placed in overlapping layers around the entire perimeter to protect collar sides from rough surfaces. An additional layer of wear protection is also placed on the collar bottom for extra protection.

Zebec Racer Mats and Flat Foam Slide Mats are constructed with a super strong foam material that lasts longer and performs better than other materials. Unlike other mat materials, Zebec mats do not tear easily. Many customers tell us that while using other mat materials, park patrons pick at the mats while waiting in line. We have even heard about park personnel finding large bite marks on their mats. After a season of "picking" and normal wear, most mats made with other materials are destroyed. Zebec mats are made with a dense closed-cell foam material that is extremely tough and durable. Since the mats are stronger, Zebec mats give you a much longer service life.

Head-First Mat: Zebec Racer Mats are made in USA with super tough foam and extremely strong handles which are far superior than other materials. Handle configuration is designed for a comfortable fit and easy assembly.

We offer several different models of racer mats with different textures and types of foam for proper fit to your ride.

No Assembly Required: As an added service we deliver racer mats completely assembled and ready to use on all shipments.

Flat Mats - No Handles: Available in 5 different colors and measure 22” x 48”:

Flat mats are 1” thick. This provides good flexibility, durability and performance.

Although each side of the mats have different textures, Racer Mats and Flat Foam Slide Mats are made as an integrated, single piece of material. There are no laminations to peel away.

Zebec offers the most complete selection of Waterpark Rafts available - ALL Made in USA. We offer rafts in standard sizes suitable for most slide installations. However, if you require a special size or configuration we will manufacture it for you. Zebec will always provide you with the best quality rafts available and we stand behind every raft we manufacture. 

Round family rafts are available in 3 to 6 person sizes for both small and large flume rides. Built tough, the round family raft is a strong, dependable raft. Rafts have strap handles placed around the main tube and the floor for easy access. The floors have thick foam padding and self-bailing holes to quickly remove water from the raft. Sizes range from 66" to 96". 

In-Line waterpark rafts are available in 2, 3 and 4 person sizes. Each model is also available in multiple configurations depending on your requirements. Inline rafts are available with or without seat dividers. 

Uphill rafts are a 1-2 person raft available in a "wet" version and a "semi-dry" version. Diamond Rafts: The Diamond Raft is a unique alternative to the standard round raft ride. This exciting raft provides separated compartments for each rider to help keep riders securely in place. The Diamond design keeps riders separated and reduces the chance of riders bunching up in the raft.

Rapid River Rafts: Rapid River Rafts are constructed with a large diameter main tube, a bottom seat tube, and a top tube that serves as a backrest. This raft is designed for both wet and dry applications. 

Colors: Rafts are available in a wide variety of colors. You can choose a single color or mix and match any color combination. You can also add different floor and handle color combinations to match your park theme. Custom logo printing available for all rafts.

Raft Handles & Sizes: Custom handle configuations and sizes available to suite your ride's needs. 

Sidewinder rafts and Sidewinder tubes offer a better solution for your ride. Made for two riders facing each other, the tube provides an individual compartment for each rider to keep riders in place. The tube also provides a high backrest for each rider and a covered floor to protect the rider’s bottom.

Protective Bumpers: We provide specially designed Protective Bumpers for your Sidewinder ride. Bumpers are designed to hang on slide side to protect and channel riders to the exit point.

Zebec provides everything needed for a Lily Pad Walk all manufactured in our USA 70,000 sf Cincinnati, Ohio factory. The 3 components we provide are:

Complete Lily Pad setups are custom design for each specific project and are constructed to fit your specific pool area. We offer everything needed for an entirely new Lily Pad Walk or we can provide any replacement parts needed for your existing walk area.

Overhead/Lily Pad Walk Netting

Overhead Nets are custom designed to fit your specific Lily Pad Walk Area. Nets are constructed with two layers of 2” wide heavy-weight webbing secured with stainless steel fasteners on ends and down full side lengths. We can provide everything needed for a completely new installation – Net, Support Cables and Anchor Hardware or we can provide a replacement net using your existing support cables to lower your cost.

Overhead Net Features

• Sizes – Custom made to fit your specific area

• Netting Material – Two Layers of 2” Wide Heavy Weight Webbing with special UV inhibitors and sufficient rigidity to maintain shape, yet soft and supple enough for easy, comfortable handholds

• Handhold Spacing – 12” on center with 10” opening

• Net Fasteners – Stainless Steel D-Rings on corners of each end and every 12” on full length of each side to secure net to support cable. Custom fastening options available to meet your requirements

• Cable Supports – 5-strand galvanized steel core with high tensile polypropylene outer bounding and a heavy latex covering. We can also use your existing support cables to secure the net.

• Cable Hardware – We can provide all hardware needed to secure cables to support columns

Floats for Lily Pad Walks

Zebec Floats are constructed for heavy commercial use and will last much longer than any other float on the market. Floats are made with 6” of high density safety foam completely encased in a water-tight, reinforced outer membrane cover. This thick outer membrane is extremely tough providing excellent abrasion, puncture and wear resistance along with water-tight construction to provide a long service life.

Pool Side Safety Padding

Pool Side Pads are designed to be placed on the side of the pool to protect patrons as they enter and exit the Lily Pad Walk area. Pads typically form an L-Shape covering the length of your area and protect the top walk area, the pool side wall and the pool edge. Pads can also be made in a “stair-step” shape to protect pool walls with drain gutters.

Overhead Obstruction Padding

Overhead Obstruction Padding is designed to be placed under low-clearance bridges or obstructions over your lazy river or activity area. These are also used above a slide entrance as a "head bump" protection. Padding is constructed to fit around the support beams or hazard area. Pads are anchored under the bridge or obstruction and do not interfere with walking traffic. 

Flat Safety Padding

Flat Safety Pads are designed to be placed in any flat area that needs protection or at the bottom of a slide to protect patrons as they exit the slide. Pads can be placed at the bottom of Kid Slides in activity areas, at the bottom of large tube, mat and body slides or larger pads can be placed at the bottom of family raft slides. Pads can be placed in just about any area that needs protection.
