In times of unprecedented change and extreme uncertainty, organizations must take action. But traditional responses will be less effective; instead, they need to stop planning and start preparing.  Uncertainty challenges leadership teams to adapt, and to navigate their organizations through a journey of Surviving (stabilizing the business with a growth mindset) to Resetting (updating the existing direction and plans) in order to Thrive or dramatically grow and prosper. 

Dr. Homkes will lead a lunchtime discussion on how to transition from reset to thrive, sharing stories of successful companies that are building robust companies.  She will introduce her approach for successful high-growth companies and how their teams prepare for a sustainable growth path.  She will challenge us to embrace the challenge and build organisations ready to blast off and grow!
