Juliana has been at the forefront of the visitor attraction industry for the last 32 years. She was a founding member of Continuum Attractions in the 1980’s when the company opened the Jorvik Viking Centre to tremendous success before operating the attraction for a further 20 years.
Juliana’s career has involved the creative development, branding, set-up, opening, operation and marketing of commercial and cultural visitor experience projects internationally; from the UK to the Middle East as well as domestically throughout the UK.
She was instrumental in bringing commercial success to diverse projects such as Portsmouth’s Emirates Spinnaker Tower, The Real Mary King’s Close in Edinburgh, York’s Chocolate Story, The Oxford Story attraction, Oxford Castle Unlocked, and The Canterbury Tales. As CEO she has led Continuum Attractions to even greater success, forming a partnership with ITV’s big soap brands. This has led to the company running Manchester’s hugely successful temporary attraction Coronation Street The Tour and now opening ITV's live site to the public, the two Yorkshire based Emmerdale experiences; and recently working with Disney and Lucas Films on The VOID.

Juliana has a wide range of external tourism business roles. She is a Merchant Adventurer of the City of York and speaks on women's roles in the workplace, the importance of Brand and motivating teams.
