PortAventura World opened its doors 26 years ago in 1995. The park has innovated constantly since and is the largest theme park in Spain. Enjoy this backstage tour at PortAventura World with PortAventura World’s operations team and learn how the facility delivers thrills, excitement, and an excellent guest experience each and every day. The event will conclude with a joint networking reception with Sustainability Day and Safety Institute attendees.

LOCATION: PortAventura, Avda. Alcalde Pere Molas Km. 2, 43480 Vila Seca (Tarragona)

MEETING POINT: IAAPA Bus Stop, Career de les Ciències (in front of Fira Barcelona Gran Via South Access). Bus departs at 08:00 sharp.

IAAPA CERTIFICATION: 5,5 credit hours towards IAAPA Certification renewal

10:00 – 10:20     Welcome and Presentation of the Park
10:20 – 12:00     EDUTour
12:00 – 13:00     Networking Lunch
13:00 – 15:00     EDUTour
15:00 – 15:30     Coffee Break
15:30 – 17:00     EDUTour
17:00 – 18:00     Networking Reception
18:00 – 20:00     Transportation to Fira Barcelona Gran Via Convention Center

TRANSPORTATION: Buses depart (IAAPA Bus Stop, Career de les Ciències, in front of Fira Barcelona Gran Via South Access) at 08:00 sharp. Buses depart PortAventura at 18:00 to return Fira Barcelona Gran Via. Participants may not drive separately to this event.

NOTE(S): Must be 18 or older to attend. Separate ticket and Expo badge required to attend.

COST: IAAPA Members: Online purchase €157/Onsite purchase €190; Nonmembers: Online purchase €220 /Onsite purchase €265. Tickets should be purchased in advance as space is limited and may sell out. Expo registration is also required. Prices are Inclusive of VAT.
