S128 Medicator:
The S128 Medicator is a peristaltic metering pump designed to deliver at a ratio of 1:128 (1 ounce of product into a gallon of process water)
The pump provides a flow rate capacity up to 112 gallons per day with pressures up to 60 psi. The primary application is for injection of solutions commonly used in livestock production, particularly chicken, turkey, ducks and swine.
The pump is available in one configuration and is activated by a dry contact, pulsing water meter. As the pump registers dry contacts, it will deliver the precise ratio at one of three different speeds, dependent upon flow rate of the process water. This feature allows for even distribution of product into the water line.
The pump has 3 pulse rate settings to be paired with the most common water meter pulse rates - 1 and 10 pulse per gallon as well as 1 pulse per liter. There are several performance indicators on a potted display board including leak/fault, overrun, change tube and standby.
The pump also has a programmable tube timer and a built-in signal repeater allowing the existing water meter to register its totalizing volume to an environmental controller. A leak detect feature can be used to stop the pump upon a tube leak.
All units are equipped with highly chemical resistant components, 3/8” suction and discharge tubing and a durable ball and spring check valve.
