The robust S128 peristaltic pump is activated by a dry contact pulsing water meter to automatically inject solution into the water line proportional to the system flow at a ratio of 1 oz of solution to 128 oz of process water.  Solution is accurately distributed proportionally especially at low system flow rates. With the built-in repeater relay, one water meter can activate the pump & register water consumption to a controller. The pump accepts pulse rates of 1 or 10 PPG or 1 PPL. The flow rate output is 10 oz/min. up to 60 psi max. It can inject into system water flow rates up to 10 GPM. Features include Leak Detect with optional output relay, Standby, to remotely stop or start the pump and a Tube Change Timer. All Stenner pumps are self-priming with no loss of prime from off-gassing solutions and are unaffected by poor water quality. The pumps can inject directly into the water line with undiluted chemicals eliminating daily stock solution mixing. Tube replacement is without tools.

The Classic Series Single Head Adjustable is an electromechanical peristaltic injection pump with flow rate outputs up to 40 GPD max. with operating pressures up to 100 psi max. and up to 85 GPD max. with operating pressures up to 25 psi max.  The pump is adjustable from 5% to 100% in 2.5% increments with the external dial ring on the feed rate control. The main components have a snap-fit design and are interchangeable between models without tools. The pump is available as a pre-assembled tank system for quick installation. All Stenner pumps are self-priming with no loss of prime from off-gassing solutions and are unaffected by poor water quality. The pumps can inject directly into the water line with undiluted chemicals eliminating daily stock solution mixing. Tube replacement is without tools.

The Econ Integrator™ is a flow activated, compact, peristaltic injection pump with 3 modes of operation & a built-in repeater relay. The relay is useful if utilizing an existing water meter to tally water consumption to a controller. The meter can send a signal to the pump & controller via the relay, eliminating the need for a second meter. One meter can also be utilized for installations requiring multiple pumps. Flow rate outputs up to 30 GPD/80 psi max. & 10:1 turndown in 1% increments. The enclosed housing is rated for indoor/outdoor use and the pump is wall mountable with optional mounting accessories available. The standby setting allows tube replacement without disconnecting the pump.
