SESSION DESCRIPTION

The goal of this session is to explore project management best practices applied to Clinical Data Sciences/Data Management. Often Clinical Data Scientists are expected to utilize project management techniques in oversight of data management, but this isn’t always obvious. This session will break down data management deliverables and apply project management principles and ideas to help achieve deliverables. Applying project management techniques can help with DM deliverables and meet core team members‘ expectations and provide transparency for how those deliverables are met. This session will allow dynamic discussion to help Data Managers/Clinical Data Scientists re-think oversight of data management. This session will include a live Q&A which follows the recording to give attendees to ask questions to our speakers.
