Northern State University’s Master of Music Education program is designed to fit into the busy lives of current music educators.

It's a low-residency, practice-oriented degree program that will advance the knowledge and skills of professional, working music educators. It covers the essentials of research in music education, music theory, performance practices, conducting, pedagogy, and music education management.

You can complete this program in two years while retaining your current job. You'll take 31 credits' worth of courses, most online - and finish the program with just 2 weeks on the beautiful Northern campus in summer.
