Minority Band Directors National Association
The Minority Band Directors National Association (MBDNA) is an organization designed to serve, promote, celebrate and mentor ethnic minority band directors through the United States and abroad and is dedicated to highlight significant band related events that fosters growth and development within the national band community.
MBDNA fosters a sharing of common goals and ideals relevant to the minority band director. Through the creation of a broad database of directors, MBDNA proposes to serve as a source for meaningful development through clinics, workshops, lectures, and more.
