Welcome to The Contemporary Music Educator
This curriculum was designed to empower, enable, and assist ALL music educators in creating a “qualitative” vehicle for all students to receive a proper music and performance marching arts education. The contributors to this project have all had collective success at literally EVERY level of the marching arts activity from middle school parade bands to DCI/WGI World Championships. This book was developed to provide options, processes, ideas, applications, and resource directions that have been proven successful in the activity at all levels.
