The original ensemble at Colorado State was formed in 1901 with 13 members. From this humble beginning, CSU is now home to ten bands and orchestras. Our conducting program includes a full-time master's program and a summer's-only residency program. Bands include the CSU Wind Symphony, Symphonic Band, Concert Band, and Athletic Bands, including the nationally-recognized CSU Marching Band, and the Presidential and Basketball Pep Bands.
