Exhibitors can purchase up to two product showcase sessions. These are one hour clinics where exhibitors are able to demonstrate new products or services. All product showcases are listed in the master schedule and attendees are able to receive up to one hour of credit by attending. Unlike clinics, product showcases have no promotional restricions.

Every morning and afternoon during the conference, we will set aside 3 sponsored push notifications that will go to all attendees via the mobile app.

In 2021 nearly 7,000 people utilized the conference app. Users spent over 400,000 minutes on the app during the course of our three-day event. A push notification will automatically appear on the home or lock screen of any app user. Notifications are limited to 140 characters and can include a clickable link. This is a great way to announce a special conference promotion or event. We are limiting sponsored push notifications to three in the morning and three in the afternoon. Times and dates will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Five count-down emails are sent to the entire Midwest Clinic mailing list in the weeks leading up to the conference (over 35,000 contacts) Only one company or organization will be featured in each communication.

The art of conducting has been a lifelong passion of music educator and conductor H. Robert Reynolds. Through his commitment to the advancement of conducting he has inspired countless students around the globe to discover their own passion for the art form.
