Bob.ai is a Dallas-based technology company focused on the Assisted Rental Market. Our mission is to make it easier for clients to find units and property owners to rent their properties to low-to-moderate income families seeking affordable housing. Our artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) software makes it easier to match clients to units they can afford and streamline the electronic Request for Tenancy Approval (eRFTA) process. We believe that our virtual assistant, Bob, will change the way we do business in the coming decades.

The Dallas Housing Authority (DHA) and Bob.ai have worked closely together to train the AI-based platform with best practices in the PHA industry. Based on the ever-changing needs of the COVID-19 pandemic, we built out additional features to allow hybrid or remote work for PHAa such as the Virtual Voucher Briefings, Relocations, eRFTA, and the HAP Contract, all on one platform. For small to medium-sized PHAs, our Software as a Service (SaaS) orders generally fall below the small purchasing limits. For larger PHAs, the software can be procured using an interlocal agreement with DHA.
