The Agtronix™FEEDPRO™ system blends ingredients continuously by weight so that cycling a batch mixer is no longer necessary. The heart of the FEEDPRO™ system is the proven weight auger that continuously reports to the computer the speed and ingredient weight as it meters each ingredient into the system. These Continuous Flow units weigh and meter most ingredients, with the exception of the very low inclusion rate items. The minerals and other additives are normally weighed and metered through Loss-In-Weight Units. In this case the a small hopper is filled with premix or additive blends and the computer monitors how fast the hopper loses weight. Both styles of units meter at the target flow rate which is controlled by the Command Center of the system. The command center manages and monitors each unit to insure that high quality feed is made, every time!
