  • AutoFlex Connect II — Your farm management solution

AutoFlex Connect II brings flexibility and versatility to your fingertips. With AutoFlex Connect II, you can control and manage ventilation, supplemental cooling, heating, lighting, feeding, and more.

    Customizable to your farm operations

AutoFlex Connect II is modular and adapts to your needs, whether you are running a large operation with several dozen sites or a small facility with one or two buildings. AutoFlex Connect II, you can build out your control as you determine what additional inputs and outputs you need; it becomes more economical as your operation expands.

Smart Modules are available to control variable or fixed-speed fans, air inlets, curtains, lighting, feed loops, and much more. On the input side, you can choose to monitor conditions such as temperature, humidity, ammonia, carbon dioxide, and a wealth of others.

    Remote connectivity

Network your AutoFlex Connect II controls using Ethernet or Wi-Fi and then access them from anywhere, using any web-enabled device. Monitor and analyze data in real-time or quickly respond to issues.

Leave the farm knowing that you are just a few clicks away from your controls. Relax knowing that if a problem occurs and an alarm is triggered, you will be immediately notified by text message or e-mail.

One size does not fit all

Each farm has its own needs. With AutoFlex Connect II, you have two sizes of controls to choose from. This allows you to choose the right control for your application. Models with 14 or 6 modules are available. Expansion Boxes allow you to add additional capacity.

  • Touch Series controls
Reliable control, intuitive user interface, and optimal ventilation with Supra Touch and Plus Touch controls...

  • Phason Touch Series controls
    VentGrid™ merged ventilation

In addition to traditional staged control, Supra Touch offers VentGrid merged ventilation. Merged mode provides optimized ventilation control with smoother transitions than traditional staged mode does.

    More than just temperature

Supra Touch can monitor humidity, ammonia, carbon dioxide, and more. It can then use those conditions to influence how it controls equipment. For example, if the humidity is too high, it can switch heaters on or increase ventilation to reduce it.

    Advanced but easy to use

Touch Series controls have an uncomplicated, intuitive icon-based display paired with a 5-inch touchscreen, making them quick and easy to navigate and program. It also reduces the time it takes to train new staff.

    FC Series comparison

    FC-1VAC

The FC-1VAC is a simple and effective way to manually adjust the speed of ventilation or heating equipment. It can also be used as a light dimmer for brooder heat lamps and can power up to five 250-watt lamps.

NOTE: An 8.5 A version, model FC-1VAC-8.5, is also available

    Feature sheet

    FC-1T-1VAC

The FC-1T-1VAC allows you to automatically control ventilation fans according to the ambient temperature.

    • When the temperature is at the set point, the FC-1T-1VAC operates the fans at the idle speed setting.
    • When the temperature exceeds the set point, it increases the speed.
    • When the temperature increases 6°F above the set point, it increases the speed to maximum.
    • When the temperature drops below the set point, it shuts off the fans (in shut-off mode), or operates the fans at the idle speed (idle mode).

    Feature sheet

    FC-1T-1VDC

Controlling variable frequency drives just got easier. The FC-1T-1VDC has a 0 to 10 VDC signal output and a disconnect relay that allows you to easily and effectively control variable frequency drives. The FC-1T-1VDC has many other applications including controlling expansion controls, modulating valves, or other equipment requiring a DC signal. All this from one easy-to-use control!

    Feature sheet

    FC-1T-1F

The FC-1T-1F automatically controls the temperature in a room by switching fans, lamps, or heaters on or off as the temperature drops below or exceeds the temperature set point. When the FC-1T-1F is in cooling mode, it switches on the fans when the temperature exceeds the set point. When the control is in heating mode, it switches on the lamps or heaters when the temperature drops below the set point.

    Feature sheet

    FC-1T-1VAC-1F

The FC-1T-1VAC-1F automatically controls the temperature in a room by adjusting variable speed fans and controlling a heater interlock.

    • When the temperature is at the temperature set point, the FC-1T-1VAC-1F operates the fans at the idle speed setting and the heater is off.
    • When the temperature exceeds the set point, it increases the speed of the fans.
    • When the temperature drops below the set point, it shuts off the fans (in shut-off mode) or operates the fans at idle speed (idle mode) and switches on the heater or heat lamps.

    Feature sheet

    FC-1T-2VAC-3F

The FC-1T-2VAC-3F automatically controls the temperature in a room by operating two variable speed fans and up to three fixed-stage fans or heaters. The FC-1T-2VAC-3F comes with seven factory-configured operating programs you can easily reconfigure for your ideal situation. You can connect the FC-1T-2VAC-3F to an alarm siren or other external alarm system. Customizable alarm settings allow you to choose which alarm conditions you want to be notified about.

  • AutoSort Connect
The most advanced automatic sorting system available...

  • AutoSort Connect

AutoSort Connect is a standalone automated hog sorting system for finisher barns with large pens.

Hogs are weighed every time they pass through the scale between the common lounging areas and food courts. The hogs are then directed to the food court with the ration that corresponds to their weight range.

AutoSort Connect tracks growth rates to help you know when to change feed rations based on the weights of the hogs. By tracking growth rates, the system lets you know when and how many hogs will be ready for market.

If you see hogs that are sick, need medical treatment, or need to be separated for any reason, you can simply spray paint the hog. The CD-1 Color Detector can then direct it to a sick pen.

    Benefits the AutoSort Connect system
    • Significantly reduced labor for sorting and loading
    • Optimized carcass weight for packer target
    • Improved carcass uniformity and meat quality
    • Optimized food court space and feeding programs
    • Improved animal environment with reduced tail biting and fighting
    • Reduced sort loss
    • Reduced mortality
    • Increased profits
