The S10P self-priming peristaltic metering pump responds to a dry contact signal from a water meter and runs for a programmable time for precise proportional injection.  Other methods of activation are from a flow switch or a 12-24 VAC/VDC  signal.  The pump comes with a 5, 17 or 30 gpd output with pressures up to 100 psi.  Stenner’s patented Quick Pro pump head allows for simple toolless tube replacement.

Pumps features include totally enclosed motor housing, tube leak detect system to shut down pump with output relay for leak notification, remote start/stop, signal repeater and flashing indicators on LED display screen.  Performance modes include pump life hours, tube run hours and programmable tube change reminder.  The S10P has a 2-year warranty.

The S420 Series self-priming peristaltic metering pump responds in direct proportion to a 4-20mA analog input signal. The flow rate output varies according to the level of the 4-20mA signal it receives and the scale set by the operator. It is scalable from 25% to 100% with the potentiometer. The Manual operational mode is also available for variable speed operation from 5% to 100%. Flow rate outputs available up to 60 GPD at 100 PSI max. and up to 150 GPD at 25 PSI max. Value-added features include leak detection, LED performance indicators and output relays. A back-up pump transfer function transfers operation from a primary pump to a back-up pump; ideal for critical applications. The S420 also has the Stenner QuickPro® Pump Head for tube replacement without tools, brushless DC motor, and rugged polycarbonate housing rated to NEMA 4X for maximum performance in heavy-duty applications and challenging environments.
