The AIS 055 Cyclone is recognized for also being able to deal with other animal-by-products generated across the agricultural sector including and is ideal for those looking for a quick, effective and bio-secure animal-by-product incineration solution.​

Access to the main chamber is via a Top Loading counterbalance lid.​

PLC timer controls with automatic burner shut off function and fast ignition burners. Two temperature-controlled burners in the main chamber and one in the secondary chamber.​

Burns up to 124 lbs per hour with a load capacity of up to 1080 Ibs. ​

This machine can be loaded whilst in operation maximizing the inherent thermal efficiency of our trusted monolithic concrete lining, keeping running costs low.​

With a *high burn rate of up to 232Ibs per hour and a large load capacity of up to 2602 lbs, the AIS 0132 Cyclone allows for the bio-secure disposal of your animal-by-product waste in the shortest time possible. ​

Suited for a wide range of larger animal carcasses and animal-by-products generated across the agricultural sector including; Pigs & Sows, Dairy / Beef Cattle, Abattoirs, Slaughterhouses, Rendering Operations, Meat Processors, Equine.​

Its very easy to load via a manually operated roller lid located on the top of the incinerator, giving full access to a large main burning chamber. This ensures users can load the machine via skid loaders and tractor buckets.​

This model is available as a Static, Mobile or Transportable Incinerator. Suited for a wide range of animal carcasses and animal-by-products generated across the agricultural sector including; Pigs & Sows, Poultry, Dairy / Beef Cattle, Abattoirs, Slaughterhouses, Meat Processors, Sheep.

Easy to load via a slide Open/Close lid located on the top of the incinerator, giving full access to a large main burning chamber. Manual operation as standard or upgrade to the automated Lid. it has a fully programmable touch screen HMI control panel with automatic burner shut off function and fast ignition burners. Four burners are in the main chamber, with one above the grate barsand three below. One additional burner is in the secondary chamber.

The AIS 3860 Cyclone is extremely efficient at dealing with large volumes of animal waste within the agricultural sector, from slaughterhouses through to extra-large animal carcasses including; Pigs & Sows, Poultry, Dairy / Beef Cattle, Abattoirs, Slaughterhouses, Meat Processors, Sheep, Equine.  ​​


With a loading capacity of up to 8269 lbs the AIS 3860 Cyclone is the largest within the range and boasts a burn rate of up to 2210 lbs per hour. This allows for the Bio-secure, regular disposal of large quantities of waste in the shortest time possible. ​​Extremly easy to load via a fully automated slide Open/Close lid located on the top of the incinerator, giving complete access to an impressively large main burning chamber. ​​
