About Dillon's Fire and Emergency Services Team:

For over three decades Dillon’s fire and emergency services team has developed proven methodologies for conducting operational reviews, consolidated feasibility studies, fire station location studies and fire master plans for clients across Canada. Recently our team has focused on developing and applying methodology to comply with the new Ontario Regulation 378-18 Community Risk Assessment (C.R.A.). In our experience a C.R.A. can be a very effective tool for informing the fire master planning process and identifying community risk reduction strategies.

Our methodologies are guided by current industry best practices as informed by Public Fire Safety Guidelines (P.F.S.G.) authored by the Office of the Fire Marshal and Emergency Management (O.F.M.E.M.), standards prepared by the National Fire Protection Association (N.F.P.A.), and accreditation by the Commission on Fire Accreditation International (C.F.A.I.). Our knowledge of current industry best practices is informed by more than applicable guidelines and standards; it is informed by extensive experience working with fire services of various types and sizes located across the country.
