Our roots began as a passion for plants, 6 acres and an orange VW van. Family owned and operated since 1972. The name Por La Mar or "By the Sea". we are an industry leader as breeder, grower and shipper. Our premier crops include gardenia, hydrangea, calla lilies, cyclamen, mini roses, zygocactus and tropical indoor foliage; and much more.
