THE HUNT OF A LIFETIME

My father and I just returned from a 5-day Elk hunting trip to Colorado with Twisted Tine Outfitters, and we couldn’t be happier. From the day we arrived, Chad was there with us to help guide us in everything we needed and was sure to scout the areas morning, afternoon and night to make sure he helped put us in the best areas for success. By the end of our trip, we, along with two other hunters there at the same time, each got what we were looking for, in huge part to the work put in by Chad. I would highly recommend Twisted Tine Outfitters to anyone looking for the experience , and definitely hope to do it again.

I recently had the incredible opportunity to embark on my bucket list elk hunt in the beautiful state of Colorado, and I must say it exceeded all of my expectations! From start to finish, this experience was nothing short of extraordinary. First and foremost, the expertise and professionalism of the hunting outfitters were outstanding. They were highly knowledgeable about the terrain, wildlife patterns, and hunting techniques, ensuring that we had the best chance of success. The hunting grounds themselves were simply breathtaking. The rugged mountains and vast meadows creatures the perfect backdrop for the pursuit of the majestic elk. Not only did I have the privilege of witnessing the Elk in their natural habitat but also had the thrill of a successful hunt. The moment I harvested my first elk was a indescribable feeling of accomplishment and respect for the animal. Chad and his group ensured that the entire process was done responsibly ensuring the utmost care and respect for wildlife. In closing it was the best hunting experience of my life!! The lodge was comfortable, big Jim's meals were amazing, the other hunters in camp were fantastic, as we shared no only our days experience but some of our life stories. I thought it would be one and done but I'm discussing a return trip. P.S. the elk meat is fantastic! Dave

My Dad and I booked a bull and cow elk hunt with Chad. From start to finish Chad and his guys go above and beyond. Great hunting lodge with WiFi, beautiful views and great food made by Jim. Blake is one of Chads guides and you could tell it wasn’t his first rodeo. We got both a cow and beautiful 6 by 6 that’s going to get mounted. We are going to make this a yearly thing. I would highly recommend using Twisted Tine Outfitters.

Me and my son Cole had an awesome time. Chad and his team were very professional, honest, and accommodating. From the time we booked our trip to the day we left camp it was an awesome experience. We will be back for sure!!

I have to say, from the moment of booking this hunt it was a real pleasure. Chad and his team at Twisted Tines are hands down the best outfitters and the hospitality and accommodations are more than anyone could have ever expect. Chad and my guide Blake work endlessly to get me on a bull and on the 2nd morning we closed the deal on a perfect 7x6. Now I have to say, even if I wasn't successful, the experience, the way Chad and his team treats you like family and friends, rather your a first time elk hunter, such as myself or not was all well worth all the money in the world. Cant wait til next season Chad.
