Alaffia works to alleviate poverty and advance gender equality through the fair trade of indigenous resources and knowledge. Raw ingredients are harvested and handcrafted using traditional methods at our cooperatives in Togo and Ghana. Funds generated from the sales of our body care products are reinvested into our West African communities through Alaffia Empowerment Projects, which promote education, maternal health care, and environmental stewardship.
