JINA F&C traces its origins to a pivotal moment, catalyzed by the founder's mother's courageous battle with breast cancer. In the midst of surgeries and treatments, our exploration commenced, focusing
on preventing recurrence and achieving comprehensive recovery. Extensive research revealed the protective qualities of fermented foods for the human body. Motivated by the inquiry, "Can taste and
health seamlessly coexist?" We embarked on a journey to create nourishing foods.
In the spring of 2009, our inaugural fish sauce batch of 60kg anchovies in traditional crock marked the commencement of our venture. The favorable outcomes of our initial fish sauce batch, coupled with
a warm reception of our products, spurred the annual batch to grow to 150kg, attesting to escalating demand. This progression propelled our mission—to formulate sauces that fortify the foundation of
immunity: the gut ("jang" in Korean). Our unwavering commitment led us to develop contemporary, premium fermented sauces, integrating traditional fermentation techniques with scientific innovation
and design, appealing even to the younger generation.
Presently, we are actively engaged in multiple research collaborations with universities across Korea. At JINA F&C, we embrace the synergy of tradition and science, facilitating research and production
aligned with current market demands. A noteworthy outcome of this commitment is 'Wangshin Vegan Doenjang,' the culmination of three years of rigorous research and development. This
groundbreaking product incorporates a manufacturing method unprecedented in the industry, substantiated by scientific evidence supporting its superiority.
In our pursuit of export readiness, we continually enhance our packaging to withstand prolonged transit, especially during the warmer months of the pacific. To garner the trust of global sellers and
consumers, we have obtained FSSC22000 food safety certification, eveVegan and gluten-free certifications, with Halal and GMO-free certifications slated for attainment in the first quarter of 2024. This
meticulous attention to detail has propelled our products to rank 2nd and 1st in the bestseller category on Amazon US and Amazon Japan/Rakuten, respectively.
