Inspired by its heritage as a Chinese street food kiosk, Mr. Bing sauces were first created in Hong Kong in 2013 for our cult-favorite jianbing, the traditional breakfast crepe filled with egg, scallions, fried dough, and the spicy, umami kick of chili crisp. Loved by our street-food customers in Hong Kong and NYC, Mr. Bing was crowned “Rookie of the Year” by the Vendy Awards for Best Street Food in 2015.
In 2018, fans demanded to buy our sauces, and our Chili Crisp was launched in grocery stores, followed by Sticky Wing Sauce and Thai chili Sriracha. While Mr Bing jianbing kiosks closed during the pandemic, our story lives on in a bottle. Today, our sauces are available to lovers of East-Asian inspired flavors at over 7,000 stores, and 1000’s of restaurants, colleges, office campuses, and stadiums nationwide.
