Meet the Founder
Our founder, Francine Covelli, is a passionate nutritionist, farm-to-table chef, and food educator who recognizes the transformative power of nourishing your body with local, organic, and sustainable foods. Her personal journey and entrepreneurial spirit has inspired Francine for over 30+ years of owning award-winning, health-inspired restaurants and juice bars - to launching Nourish Cold Pressed Juice in 2018.
Driven by her passion for creating nutritious juices and foods, Francine furthered her education at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in 2003. She soon launched her signature Nutritional Coaching, Cooking & Wellness Programs along with Francine’s Organic Kids - Today, Francine’s Organic Kids is a non-profit 501(c)(3).
Francine’s devotion to her community, the environment, and giving back are at the forefront of her companies decision making! Her early (2018) B Corp Certification and 1% For The Planet – Partnership has earned Francine’s company outstanding global recognition. When she is not handcrafting recipes in her farm kitchen or volunteering in her community, you will find Francine cooking from her garden – nourishing her family and friends around her signature farm table at Organic Life Farm, in Kennett Square, PA. ~ always inspiring you to be vibrantly healthy and live your best life!

Our Story
Our founder, Francine Covelli, grew up in a close-knit Italian- Irish family. The garden, cooking together and gathering around the kitchen table were the essence of family life. Nourish was inspired by her family’s passion for farm to table foods, the importance of fresh ingredients and the value of eating well, both for enjoyment and nourishment.
Francine’s organic garden is the focal point of Nourish HQ. Nourish Cold Pressed Juice is pressed straight from her farm in Kennett Square, PA and where you can find her team handcrafting their immune-boosting beverages that inspire the local community.
But, we are not just a beverage maker - Nourish is a lifestyle. When you drink our functional beverages you have the power to support your immune system, reduce inflammation, increase antioxidants, hydrate your skin, improve gut health, detox, and balance hormones & brain chemistry to improve your mental health.
