Peerless Coffee & Tea Company is an 83-year old, third generation, family owned and operated custom roaster and gourmet coffee and tea purveyor in Northern California. Peerless’ handcrafted coffees and teas are available in both retail and food service.
Celebrating 100 years of roasting excellence and A Legacy of Innovation in 2024, Peerless Coffee & Tea was named Roaster of the Year for North America, holds over 60 Golden Bean medals and has been craft roasting award-winning coffee since 1924. As one of the most recognized brands for premier retailers, our products are: roasted-to-order, small batch, organic, all with a direct connection to our farmer partners. We operate out of our Oakland roastery with DSD, distributor and direct-warehouse capabilities, as well as the ability to produce private label products.
