With the increasing global interest in K-Culture, there is a heightened popularity in Korean cuisine. "Sauce Jangdok" is a brand name that aims to promote the taste and healthiness of Korean food on a global scale. It represents a concept of versatile sauces (for dishes such as Kimbap, Chicken, Ramen, Pasta, Hamburgers, Salads, etc.) with a focus on being low calories low sugar Non-GMO, free from chemical additives. SAMJIN FOODS INC. is a company that has specialized in sauce production for the past 40 years, holding expertise in crafting over 2,000 diverse recipes. In 2014, we obtained and have since maintained SQF certification approved by the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI). As a company we export our products globally in various forms, including PB (Private Branding), OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturing), and ODM (Original Design Manufacturing), reaching diverse countries around the world. Based on our experiences we came up with our very own brand, "Sauce Jangdok", to spread the rich flavors and healthy essence of Korean cuisine across the globe. Our sauces are crafted to be easy to use, suitable for a wide range of dishes. This ensures that everyone can enjoy them with ease. Our brand name, “Sauce Jangdok,” is a combination of 'Sauce,' referring to an ingredient that enhances the taste of food, and the uniquely Korean term 'Jangdok.' In Korean cuisine, the most crucial ingredients are fermented foods like gochujang, doenjang, and soy sauce. Jangdok is the vessel traditionally used to store these foods. Crafted from clay, Jangdok allows air to pass through the container wall, providing optimal condition for the fermentation of food inside. Furthermore, when multiple Jangdoks are grouped together, the natural spaces created between them, facilitated by the vessels' shapes, act like a natural refrigerator, allowing natural air circulation and maintaining an optimal temperature for fermenting foods. Indeed, Jangdok is not only a a vessel carrying fermented food, but also is the vessle carrying the wisdom of our Korean ancestors. Harnessing this wisdom, we have developed a variety of sauces to showcase the healthy and delightful flavors of Korean cuisine to the world.
