Cipriani Food was established in the mid-1980s as a
small artisan workshop, meticulously crafting bread,
pasta, desserts, and other confectionary delights for
the Cipriani restaurants. At the urging of his loyal
patrons, Arrigo Cipriani, the visionary restaurateur
behind the renowned Harry’s Bar, expanded the
production capacity and ventured into the world of
premium food marketing.
