Established in 1978 by Michael and Clare Marriage, Doves Farm Foods is an award-winning family-owned miller and food manufacturer based in the North Wessex Downs AONB. A well-known pioneer within artisan, free-from and organic flours and foods, the business operates three brands; Doves Farm, FREEE and Wessex Mill alongside a private label and contract manufacturing operation.

FREEE is a leading brand in gluten free with its range of breakfast cereal, cookies, oat bars, pasta and baking products including the UK’s #1 gluten free flour brand. Certified gluten free by Coeliac UK, all products are produced in dedicated gluten free production facilities and subjected to rigorous testing regimes. The range is plant-based and suitable for vegan diets.
Wessex Mill is an artisan flour brand using wheat sourced within 50 miles of the mill. A brand with more than 100 years of Wessex milling heritage, it provides an alternative flour option with real provenance.
