Silva International is a producer of dried vegetable, herb, and select fruit ingredients. Our U.S. production facilities operate over 20 production lines, giving us unique capabilities on cleaning and sorting of our raw material for today’s needs of food safety and quality control. We have new technologies in place for all-natural requirements and defined micro reduction, including zero-ox fumigation, steam sterilization, and infrared treatment all done inside our U.S. operation.
