• Push notifications limited to 4 per day (total).
• 2024 Average Number of Push Notification Views:  1,500

Each page on the app is branded with a leaderboard ad at the bottom of each page. Promote your company, product and website. Your ad randomly rotates with advertisements from other sponsors on every page of the app. App algorithms ensure every ad yields the same exposure as other advertisers.

Your company will own the mobile event app. You’ll own the Splash Page and every leaderboard ad of every page accessed by attendees. Company may create up to 5 unique banner ads.

• The Congress Mobile App is designed to deliver up-to-the-minute detailed information about sessions, schedules, speakers, exhibitors, room locations and more.
• The app is easy to use and available in the App Store for iPhones and iPads and Google Play for Android devices. (AARC Mobile).
• Push Notifications from other exhibitors will still be available for purchase.  This sponsorship does not include push notifications.

• AARC will send the email on your behalf and will approve all content before deployment.
• The e-Blast communication should promote your company, products/services, and your exhibiting presence at AARC Congress 2025.
• E-Blast is for one-time use, however multiple e-Blasts may be purchased; scheduling is first come first served.
• Buyers of e-Blasts are NOT purchasing an email list, they are purchasing the right to send an official e-Blast to confirmed AARC Congress 202 attendees. 
• Only attendees who “opt in” to receive exhibitor communications will be sent your e-Blast.
• Emails will not be sent until late summer 2025.
• No refunds will be provided for canceled orders after processing or for missed deadlines.
